Hayden has figured his whole life plan out! He was telling us tonight he will be in a band as a teen just like Justin Beiber. Then he will finish College to become scientist to invent the Celiac Disease pill that people like him can take like the Lactaid Pill. You take it before a meal and can eat Gluten and you body can digest it. So when he and his wife (who is also Celiac) can eat Gluten and so can their Celiac children, they can just take the Pill! After they get the pill on the market, they are opening their own restaurant and he will become a chef! He always talked of owning his own restaurant.
Even before his kidney surgery in December 2005, he was only two and a half, he wanted Emeril Lagasse from Food Network, to come see him in the hospital. He loves to cook and has loved to be in the kitchen.
So that's his life plan.
He plans on meeting his wife and moving to Washington DC he mentioned and their children will be raised on the Gluten Free Diet also.
He has the most interesting mind...
